Step 1

Prepare All the Ingredients

– Unpack the Ready To Cook Set, which requires no washing as it’s 100% pre-washed and ready to cook.

-Measure the ingredients required to make the sauce:
2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
1 tbsp Soy Sauce
2 tbsp Oyster Sauce
1 tbsp Sugar

Step 2

Prepare the Garlic and Chili

– Peel the garlic cloves and mince them.

– Slice the red baby chili from the Ready To Cook Set. This will help release their flavors, giving the dish a great aroma and taste.

– The amount of chili you add depends on how spicy you want the dish to be.

– Optional: If you prefer smaller bites, you can chop the morning glory, but it’s already pre-chopped in the set, so you can skip this step.

Step 3

Heat the Pan

– Place a pan or wok on the stove and heat it up.

– Add 2 tbsp of vegetable oil and wait until the oil is hot.

– Once the oil is hot, add the prepared garlic and chili to the pan.

– Stir and wait until you hear a sizzling sound and the garlic becomes golden. This will ensure the flavors are released into the oil.

Step 4

Add The Morning Glory

– Once the garlic and chili are fragrant and well-cooked, add the morning glory (from the Ready To Cook Set) to the pan.

– Stir the vegetables well, ensuring they are evenly coated with the garlic and chili.

Step 5

Add the Flavorings

Now, add the following seasonings to the pan:
– 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
– 1 tbsp Oyster Sauce
– 1 tsp Sugar

– Continue stir-frying for 2-3 more minutes, until the sauce is absorbed and the morning glory is tender but still vibrant.

– It is ready. Get a bowl of rice and enjoy!

The amount of chili you add to the dish depends on how much spiciness you can handle. Feel free to adjust the chili to your preference. For the perfect meal, you can also grab a bowl of rice to enjoy alongside this stir-fried vegetable dish — it’s a perfect match!
